去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨去氧孕烯炔雌醇片(妈富隆)用于青春期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法将58例青春期功能性子宫出血住院患者随机分为研究组28例和对照组30例。研究组使用妈富隆治疗,对照组使用雌激素止血治疗。比较2组患者控制出血时间、完全止血时间、住院时间及不良反应发生率。结果研究组控制出血时间、完全止血时间、住院时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为21.4%低于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妈富隆用于青春期功能性子宫出血止血治疗效果肯定,不良反应少,值得推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of desogestrel and ethinylestradiol tablet（marvelon） in adolescent of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 58 cases patients with adolescent of dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into study group（28 cases） and control group（30 cases）.Study group were treated with marvelon and control group were treated with estrogen.Compared time of blood control,stop bleeding,hospital stays and incidence of adverse reaction.Results The time of control the bleeding,stop bleeding,hospitalization of study group were significantly shorter than those of control group（P〈0.05）;Incidence of adverse reaction of study group（21.4%） was lower than that of control group（83.3%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Marvelon in adolescent of dysfunctional uterine bleeding has good effect,less adverse reaction.
