平哮定喘止咳汤治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察平哮定喘止咳汤治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将患者110例随机分为两组,治疗组56例,以平哮定喘止咳汤治疗,并与西医常规治疗(对照组)54例作对照。观察两组主要症状及肺功能改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率及主要症状改善时间优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后肺功能均有明显改善(P<0.05),但两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:平哮定喘止咳汤能显著改善哮喘发作期症状,缩短控制时间,改善肺功能。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of treating bronchial asthma patients in Pingxiao Dingchuan Zhike decoction. Methods： 110 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group （56 cases）, treated by Pingxiao Dingchuan Zhike decoction, while the control group （54 cases） was treated by routine Western medicine. To observe the change of the main symptoms and lung function. Results： The total effective rate and the time of main symptoms were better than control group （P〈0.05）; Lung function both of the two groups were significantly improved after the treatment （P〈0.01）, but the difference was not have significantly statistical meaning （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Pingxiao Dingchuan Zhike decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of acute bronchial asthma, reduce the control time, improve lung function.
