摘　　要：冯志海主任认为,亚急性甲状腺炎虽属瘿病,但其临床表现属于温病范畴,在辨证之时,应考虑甲亢期、过渡期、加减期、恢复期病机之不同,根据临床表现,舌脉症像,综合分析,可以达到良好的临床效果。Professor Feng Zhi-hai hold that, although subacute thyroiditis belongs to gall disease, which clinical performance belongs to febrile disease, so in the treatment, we should thought about the difference of hyperthyroidism period, transition period, adjustment period and recovery period. According to clinical performance and disease such as tongue and pulse, then comprehensive analysis, we can get a better clinical effect.
