SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳法与田间种植法鉴定辣椒种子纯度的相关性研究

摘　　要：以"奥新早帅"辣椒种子为试材,采用SDS-PADE凝胶电泳与田间种植鉴定2种方法鉴定24份样品纯度。结果表明:SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳与田间种植鉴定的回归方程为:y=7.2818+0.946x,相关系数r=0.851,二者结果显著相关。说明SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳法鉴定"奥新早帅"辣椒种子纯度是可行的,而且是可靠的。The seed purties of 24 sweet pepper samples were identified by means of SDS-PAGE electrophoresis and filkd-planting. The results showed that two methods were distinct correlative, the correlation index r= 0. 851, the regress formulas was y=7.2818＋0.946x. The results also showed that availabe to identify sweet pepper seed pruity by these two methods.
