摘 要:以独角莲为试材,采用50、100、150、200mg/L浓度的ABT5号生根粉处理独角莲种球并进行地膜覆盖栽培,探讨2种方式对独角莲产量的影响。结果表明:用ABT处理独角莲种球可显著提高其产量及球茎数量,其中以100mg/L浸泡1h的效果最为显著,增产幅度可达384%~500%;覆盖地膜增产幅度为50%。In this experiment, the effects of ABT and plastic film mulching on the production and corms of Typhonium giganteurn were investigated by the treatments on the seedballs with ABT 5 rooting powder solution of different concentrations(ranging from 50 to 200 mg/L)and plastic film mulching. The results showed that the production of Typhonium giganteum and the number of its corms could be increased significantly by treating the seedballs with ABT rooting power. Soaking the seedbaUs with ABT of the concentration of 100 mg/L for an hour showed the most obvious results. In this case, the production could be increased by 384% to 500%. In contrast, plastic film mulching can increase the production by 50%.
