摘  要:以小分子醇为溶剂,通过N-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基聚二甲基硅氧烷(ASO)与环氧基聚醚(EPE)开环反应,得到中间体聚醚氨基硅PEAS;再将PEAS与氯乙酸钠反应,合成季铵盐型聚醚氨基硅QPEAS。用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等仪器对产物结构进行了表征。QPEAS乳化后得到透明乳液,乳液平均粒径为42.0 nm。耐高温性测试表明:QPEAS乳液耐高温、防破乳,可用于溢流机整理。其用于棉织物后整理能明显降低织物的弯曲刚度,提高织物亲水性(静态吸水时间仅1.52~1.77 s),对织物白度和透气性影响不大。Quaternary ammonium salt polyether-aminosiloxane ( QPEAS ) is synthesized by polyether-aminosiloxane (PEAS) and sodium chloroacetate. The polyether-aminosiloxane (PEAS) is synthesized from ring-opening reaction of N-β-aminoethyl-γ- aminopropyl polydimethyl siloxane (ASO) and epoxy polyether (EPE) with small molecule alcohol as solvent. The chemical structure of the resultant is characterized by IR and 1H-NMR. The emulsified QPEAS is transparent and the average diameter is 42.0 nm. Heat resistance tests show that the emulsion of QPEAS is stable after heating and can be used in cotton finishing. The results indicate that QPEAS can obviously decrease the bending stiffness and improve the water absorbability (the water absorption time is only 1.52 - 1.77 s) of cotton fabric and has little influence on the whiteness and air permeability.
