摘　　要：采用预乳化种子乳液聚合法制备苯乙烯改性丙烯酸酯类静电植绒黏合剂SA。通过系统研究苯乙烯单体含量、乳化剂质量分数与配比对单体转化率、聚合稳定性、胶膜吸水性和胶接抗剥离性能的影响,确定了合成工艺:苯乙烯质量分数为单体总量的8%,乳化剂[m(平平加O)∶m(SDS)=2∶1]为单体总量的3%,制得的SA外观呈乳白泛蓝光乳液。用其制备的静电植绒织物耐磨性试验大于6 000次,静电压小于2 000 V,各项指标均达到FZ/T 64011—2001《静电植绒织物》优等品标准。Electrostatic flocking adhesive SA is successfully synthesized by pre-emulsified seed emulsion polymerization with styrene modified acrylate polymer. Effects of the amount of styrene monomer, the amount and compounding ratio of emulsifi- ers on conversion rate of monomer, polymerization stability, film absorption and stripping are systematically investigated. The optimum polymerization process is obtained as follows： styrene 8% （mass to the total monomer）, emulsifier [m（ Peregal O ） ：m（SDS） =2：1] 3%（mass to the total monomer）. The product SA is a milky emulsion with blue light. The abrasion resistance of the electrostatic flocking fabric using adhesive SA reaches over 6 000 times. Its static voltage is below 2 000 V. The flocked fabric can meet the demands of the first level of FZ/T 64011-200] of electrostatic flocking fabric .
