摘　　要：嘉兴传统制造业五大"竞争要素"的优势受到挑战,转变出口导向型经济发展模式难度较大,产业链的定位出现问题,且缺乏高效整合。营造嘉兴制造业竞争优势需要注重科学发展、标本兼治、自主创新,同时实施创新强市战略,发挥龙头企业在产业链整合中的作用,大力发展生产性服务业等支持性产业,以节能减排为突破口,大力发展低碳经济,还要发挥政府在制造业竞争优势再造中的资源配置作用。The advantages of five ＂competitive factors＂in Jiaxing＇s traditional manufacturing industry have been challenged.It is difficult to change the export-oriented economic development mode.And there are problems in the industry chain in its positioning and lacking of effective integration.Therefore,some measures must be taken to create a competitive advantage for the manufacturing industry in Jiaxing.It needs to focus on scientific development,treating the symptoms and independent innovation.In the meantime,it needs to implement innovative strategies and strengthen the development of the city.Leading companies must play important roles in the industrial chain integration.Some supporting industries,such as producing industries and service industries,must be developed.Energy saving and emission reduction should be taken as a breakthrough to develop low-carbon economy.The government should also play a significant role in the allocation of resources in recreating the competitive advantage of the manufacturing industry in Jiaxing.
