摘　　要：重点阐述圆柱齿轮减速机的检修方法及质量标准,提出减速机解体检修管控关键点,介绍减速机解体、组装的相关注意事项,阐明轴承更换、间隙调整、配合间隙测量的方法及经验。This paper focused on the repair methods and quality standards of cylindrical gear reducer,the key points for the disassembly and repair control of reducer were proposed,the related notes for disassembling and assembling were introduced,also the methods and experiences for bearing replacement,gap adjustment and fit gap measurement were presented.
