对我国碳纤维产业发展的几点建议

摘　　要：介绍了我国碳纤维产业发展的3个阶段,T300碳纤维产品已实现了全流程国产化;T700级碳纤维完成了中试;更高性能的国产碳纤维制备实现了关键技术突破。但是,目前仍然存在生产技术相对落后、装置单线规模偏小、产品质量较差、废料无法回收利用等诸多问题,难以与国外产品竞争。从体育休闲产品、风力发电和汽车制造行业等几方面,分析了国内碳纤维市场的需求,指出只有整合研发资源、健全研发体系、加大技术攻关、控制产能扩张,才能推进我国碳纤维产业全面、良好的发展。Three phases in the development of carbon fiber industry in China were introduced.The T300 carbon fiber product could be produced by a complete set of domestic equipments,T700 was completed its pilot-scale test,and the key technology for the production of higher-performance carbon fiber products was broken through.The existing problems such as lag in technology,small in unit scale,inferior in products quality,unable to recycling of waste,made domestic carbon fiber products difficult to compete with foreign products.The demands of domestic carbon fiber market were analyzed in respect of sports relaxation goods,wind power generation,and automobile manufacture industry.It was pointed that only by integrating the R&D resources,perfecting the R&D system,intensifying capacity in R&D,and controlling the expansion in process capacity,can the development of China's carbon fiber industry be impelled in an all round and good way.
