摘 要:总结了国内外废润滑油再生工艺流程及技术路线,在研究不同再生技术、设备及精制方法基础上,综述了不同工艺技术的优缺点。论述了国内外分子蒸馏分离废润滑油技术的特点、工艺流程、应用情况,并对分子蒸馏技术与传统技术进行了对比。通过研究中试技术参数及工艺流程,提出具有节能环保的分子蒸馏中试流程装置。对废润滑油再生新工艺技术及发展趋势进行了展望,建议政府科技部门加大投入,加强分子蒸馏新技术开发与研究利用,并完善相关的法律法规和废润滑油回收体系。The processes of spent lube oil reclaiming both at home and abroad were summarized.On the base of researching different reclaiming technologies,equipments and refining methods,advantages and disadvantages of different technologies were analyzed.The characteristics,processes,and application of the molecular distillation technology were described and the comparison with the traditional technologies was conducted.By studying the parameters and process of the pilot plant,the energy-conservable and environment-benign molecular distillation semi-plant was proposed.The development trends of spent lube oil reclaiming technologies were prospected.Suggestions on increasing the investment,strengthening the development and utilization of the new technology,improving the relevant regulations and the spent lube oil reclaiming system were put forward.
