摘　　要：视频监控是安全防范系统的重要组成部分。基于视频监控在中国石油油库管理信息系统项目中的集成需要,介绍了油库管理信息系统的系统架构及功能架构。根据油库视频监控现状、网络现状、发展趋势及视频监控的需求等,详细论述了视频监控在油库管理信息系统中的集成架构、设计方案、测试及实施。对于部分油库需要进行视频监控改造,采取改造方案;对于部分油库需要新建视频监控系统,采取新建方案。最后对该视频监控集成实现方案进行了总结和展望。The video monitoring was an important part of the safety system.Based on the integration need of the video monitoring for the fuel depot management information system in CNPC,the functional structure and deployment architecture were introduced.According to the status,network,development tendency,and demand of the video monitoring,the integrated architecture,design,testing,and implementation of the video monitoring were discussed in detail.For some fuel depots needing to take reformation,the reformation scheme was adopted,for some fuel depots needing to construct new video monitoring system,the new construction scheme was adopted.The implementation scheme of the video monitoring integration was summarized and prospected.
