摘 要:为了研究锰对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,以小麦品种金丰三号为材料,设置0、0.02、0.2、2.0、20.0 mg/L 5个锰质量浓度处理,进行水培试验。通过测定不同质量浓度锰处理下小麦种子的发芽率、活力指数、发芽指数和发芽势及叶绿素含量,研究锰对小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:0.2 mg/L锰处理小麦种子发芽率、发芽势分别为99.93%和88.67%,比对照分别增加6.66、28.00个百分点,叶绿素含量为1.89 mg/g,比对照增加了51.2%。0.2 mg/L锰处理最适于小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长。The effect of manganese on Triticum aestivum was studied with variety Jinfeng 3.The supplementation of manganese was 5 kinds of concentration,0,0.02,0.2,2.0 and 20.0mg/L.Through measuring germination percentage,vigor index,germination index,germinating potential and chlorophyll content under different manganese treatment,the effect of manganese on seed germination and seedling growth of Triticum aestivum was studied.The results showed that the treatment of 0.2mg/L manganese was advantageous to seed germination and seedling growth of Triticum aestivum.The seed germination percentage and germinating potential of Triticum aestivum were 99.93% and 88.67%,and the chlorophyll content was 1.89 mg/g,which increased 51.2% compared with the contrast.
