摘 要:为了解圈养猕猴肠道寄生虫感染情况,采用卢戈氏碘液染色法、饱和蔗糖溶液漂浮法和改良抗酸染色法对广西、河南和四川的3个猕猴养殖场共346份新鲜猕猴粪便进行检查。结果显示,寄生虫总感染率为51.4%(178/346),共检出6种肠道寄生虫:阿米巴原虫、球虫、贾第虫、鞭虫、类圆线虫和钩虫,感染率分别为39.6%、0.9%、0.3%、22.8%、3.2%、2.3%;河南、广西和四川圈养猕猴肠道寄生虫感染率分别为89.2%、42.2%和35.0%,地区之间差异达极显著水平,均以阿米巴原虫和鞭虫为主要感染虫种;0~1岁、1~3岁和3~5岁猕猴感染率分别为96.4%、47.4%和51.3%。To understand the prevalence of intestinal parasites in macaques(Macaca mulatt),a total of 346 fresh fecal samples from three farms in Guangxi,Henan and Sichuan provinces were examined for the presence of(oo)cysts using Lugol's iodine solution stain method,Shether's sugar floatation technique,and modified acid-fast stain method.The results showed that the ove-rall infection rate of parasites was 51.4%(178/346).Six species of parasites were detected,including amebic protozoa,coccidian,Giardia sp.,whipworm,threadworm,and hook worm,with the prevalence rate being 39.6%,0.9%,0.3%,22.8%,3.2%,and 2.3%,respectively.The infection rate of parasites was 89.2%,42.2%,and 35.0% in Henan,Guangxi and Sichuan,respectively(P0.01),with the amebic protozoa and whipworm being the major species of parasite.The prevalence rate of parasites was 96.4%,47.4%,and 51.3%,respectively(P0.01).The present study provided useful reference data for clinically preventing and treating the intestinal parasites in macaques.
