摘　　要：利用PCR技术初步检测疑似PCV2感染的猪肺脏和淋巴结中的病毒。将样品处理后接种于PK-15细胞。从感染PK-15细胞PCR扩增PCV2基因片段,克隆入pMD18-T载体,并进行序列测定和比较。序列分析结果表明,分离病毒的PCR产物与国内多株PCV2核酸同源性大于98%,说明所分离的病毒为PCV2。Porcine circovirus type 2（PCV2） was detected in the lungs and lymph nodes from suspected pigs infected by PCV2.Positive tissue samples were inoculated to the PK-15 cells after treatment.The PCV2 nucleic acid fragments were amplified from the infected PK-15 cells and cloned into pMD18-T vector for sequencing.Sequences comparison showed that the homology was more than 98% between the present isolate and other previous reported strains of PCV2,which indicated that the isolated virus was PCV2.
