摘  要:为了探究轧制前后热处理工艺参数对双金属复合材料结合层中间化合物(interm etallic compounds,以下简称IMC)生长规律的影响,设计正交实验,对25组试样在不同轧前及轧后热处理条件下中间化合物的厚度进行了实测,以此为基础,建立了Fe/A l双金属界面上中间化合物厚度与轧制前后保温温度、保温时间的相关关系模型,结果表明:中间化合物的厚度与轧制前后保温温度、保温时间均有密切关系,轧前热处理对IMC的生成、生长有抑制作用.Orthogonal experimental tests based on 25 groups of samples were conducted to investigate the effects of the heat treatments before and after rolling on the growth rules of the intermetallic compounds(IMC) in Al-Fe bimetal. The thickness of the compound layer was measured, and its relationship with the holding temperatures and holding time before and after wiling, established. The results indicated that the thickness of the Fe/Al compounds kept a significant relationship with the holding time and holding temperature, while the pre-rolling heat treatment could effectively inhibit the growth of the IMC.
