摘 要:以α,α′-邻苯二甲基桥联双茚基钐二苯胺化物为催化剂,对丙烯腈聚合反应进行了研究,考察了催化剂用量、反应时间及反应温度对丙烯腈聚合的影响,并且用粘度法对聚合产物的粘均分子量进行了表征。发现α,α′-邻苯二甲基桥联双茚基钐二苯胺化物对丙烯腈聚合反应具有极高的催化活性。随着催化剂用量增加聚合反应转化率增大,聚合产物的粘均分子量下降;延长反应时间,转化率和分子量都增大。The polymerization of acrylonitrile catalyzed by ( C9 H6 CH2 C6 H4 CH2 C9 H6 ) SmNPh2 (α,α'- - o - xylene bridged indenyl lanthanide complex) was first studied. The influence of catalyst use level, polymerization temperature and time for the polymerization of acrylonitrile was investigated. It was found that (C9 H6CH2 C6 H4 CH2 C9 H6 ) SmNPh2 could effectively catalyze the polymerization of acrylonitrile. The conversion of polymerization reaction increased and viscosity- average molecular weight of polyacrylonitrile decreased as catalyst use level increas- ing. The conversion and viscosity- average molecular weight decreased as temperature increasing. Viscosity- average molecular weight of polyacrylonitrile gained was determined by viscometry.
