摘 要:采用化学还原法制备了非晶态CoFeB催化剂,考察了催化剂中的Fe含量对肉桂醛选择加氢制备肉桂醇反应活性和选择性的影响,同时采用ICP,BET,XRD,TEM,DSC,XAS,XPS,H2-TPD等方法对催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,催化剂中Fe的引入有效地提高了羰基加氢选择性。在化学组成为Co54.2Fe13.6B32.2的催化剂上,肉桂醇的最高收率达到95.3%,远高于CoB催化剂上的75.9%。结合表征结果发现,在非晶态CoB催化剂中引入Fe,一方面改变了催化剂表面强弱吸附氢的比例,使得有利于肉桂醛中羰基加氢的弱吸附氢的量增加;另一方面减小了活性位的尺寸,从而使得有利于生成饱和醛的吸附构型减少。A series of amorphous CoFeB alloy catalysts with different Fe contents were prepared by a chemical reduction method, and characterized by means of ICP, BET, XRD, TEM, DSC, XAS, XPS and H2-TPD. The catalysts were used in liquid phase hydrogenation of cinnamaldehyde, and the results showed that introduction of Fe to CoB catalyst effectively improved the selectivity and yield to cinnamyl alcohol. On the optimal C054.2Fe13.6Ba2.2 catalyst, the cinnamyl alcohol yield could reach 95.3 %, which was much higher than that on CoB catalyst. According to the characterization results, it was found that the introduction of Fe into the CoB catalyst could adjust the proportion between the strongly and weakly bound hydrogens by increasing the weakly bound hydrogen. On the other hand, the introduction of Fe could decrease the active site size, which would be beneficial to heightening the selectivity to cinnamyl alcohol.
