摘　　要：指出云计算时代图书馆的管理服务理念,归纳了云时代图书馆深刻变革和转型发展,只有树立云理念,在保障云安全的情况下开展云服务,才能在新的信息技术环境下变革发展。This paper pointed out the management and service concepts of cloud library,summarized the library profound changes and transformation development in cloud era.Only establish cloud idea and carry on cloud service in the premise of ensuring cloud safety,can reform and development under the information technology environment.
