摘  要:为了分析采煤机摇臂减速箱齿轮动态啮合力及其振动特性,首先运用UG5.0建模软件建立齿轮传动系统三维模型并将其导入ADAMS软件中,在ADAMS环境下建立齿轮传动系统动力学仿真模型,对模型设置接触参数。利用井下实测电流计算出采煤机截5轴齿轮所受截割扭矩并在该环境中加载于截5轴齿轮上,对模型进行动力学仿真并进行结果分析,得出各级齿轮受到的啮合力及其运动状态。In order to analyze dynamic meshing force and vibration of gear reducer box on shearer ranging arm. A three-dimensional model of gear transmission system was established with soft of UGS.0, which was imported into Adams. A dynamic simulation model of gear transmission system was established by Adams software. Then contact parameters were set on model. The torques of fifth class gear of shearer ranging arm were calculated by using electric current measured in mine and loaded torque on fifth class gear. The dynamic properties of model were simulated, meanwhile, dynamic meshing force and motion state of various gear was obtained.
