摘　　要：针对煤矿通用配件,如矿车轮等,都存在着因保证不了形位公差造成的加工产品质量低劣的情况,鹤壁职业技术学院和鹤壁煤业机械设备制造有限责任公司共同设计和制造了利用帕斯卡原理的新型液塑夹具,对矿车轮进行定位和夹紧。从而满足了矿车轮加工的技术要求,提高了产品质量。Aiming at colliery general accessories, such as ore wheel etc. exist for assurance not geometrical tolerance caused processed products of the inferior quality of Hebi vocation technical college and the situation of Hebi coal industry mechanical equipment manufacturing limited liability company, joint designed and manufactured using the new hydraulic principle Pascal plastic fixtures, for ore wheel locate and clamping. And satisfy the ore wheel machining requirements, improve the product quality.
