摘 要:部分零件加工中,常需要完成某些特殊的工艺,如在孔中切槽,加工内外端面、加工圆锥面以至车球面等。要完成这些工艺,不仅需要刀具作轴向进给方向的运动,而且要求刀具能作径向的运动。在批量生产中,为了使通用机床(摇臂钻床、铣床、镗床)与专用机床实现刀具径向切削以及轴向切削,满足这类零件的特殊工艺要求,开发了2种具有较强适用性的切削内孔环形槽及端面的特殊装置,并描述了装置的运动原理以及各自特点及其加工应用范围。Some special techniques were often needed to finish in machining processes, such as grooving in the hole, machining of internal and external face, machining of spherical or cone-spherical surface and so on. In order to complete this process, it is necessary to require not only the axial movement for the tool, but also the radial movement. In the mass production, in order to meet the requirements of special techniques for universal machines (radial drilling, milling and boring machines) and special machines with radial and axial motion, two new special devices was developed for machining annular groove of the hole and end face. The movement principle, characteristics and cutting applications of the device were also described.
