摘　　要：矿井提升较多地采用了落地多绳摩擦提升机,介绍了落地多绳摩擦提升中的绳带绳换绳方法,并采用事故树分析法分析换绳过程中存在的风险,找出导致风险存在的基本事件,以预防事故的发生。The hoist of mine mainly uses the friction The method of replacing ropes with rope by rope for elevator with multi-ropes which fell to the ground. friction elevator with multi-ropes which fell to the ground are introduced, and uses the fault tree analytic method to analyze the risk in the process of replacing ropes. Then find out the elementary events which cause the existence of risk, and prevent the accident of replacing rope.
