摘　　要：目前组合机床多轴箱三维通用件库存在着使用繁琐、效率低且设计质量差的问题,采用UGNX自身的二次开发工具及参数化建模功能,给出了多轴箱通用件库的系统架构,探讨了通用件库的创建与管理方法。所开发的通用件库具有可扩展、易维护的特点,具有良好的应用前景。There are many problems in current 3D general parts library of Modular Machine Tool multi-spindle box, such as troublesome, inefficient use and poor design quality. Utilizing second development tools and parameterized modeling functions within UGNX itself,the system architecture of general parts library for multi-spindle box is given and method of establishing and managing library is discussed. The library developed has extensibility and easy maintenance characteristics, and has better application prospect.
