摘 要:选取长江流域地区东、中、西部7个代表城市的住宅为研究对象,建立一个6层居住建筑模型,从建筑物规划布局着手,建立理想化的标准居住区布局模式,利用能耗模拟软件VisualDOE4.0,以完全无遮挡的基础建筑为比较对象,量化分析了14种不同的建筑规划布局对建筑能耗的影响,结果证实:采用适当的建筑布局模式可以获得明显的节能效果;从建筑节能的角度来看,长江流域地区不同城市应该采用不同的建筑布局模式。Residential buildings were selected as the research object in the seven typical cities of east, middle and west of Yangtze River basin. The model of six-storey residential building was set up. Proceed with the buildings layout, an idealized model of the standard residential areas layout was established. Foundation building without shelter completely is taken as research object, and the effect of fourteen different building layouts on building energy consumption was analyzed quantitatively by energy consumption simulation software VisualDOE4.0. The result has confirmed that obvious energy saving effect can be obtained by use of appropriate building layout mode. From the perspective of building energy efficiency, different cities in the Yangtze River basin should adopt different architectural layout mode.
