摘　　要：漏话提醒业务是电信运营商提供的一项增值业务,主要以短信作为服务形式。随着移动用户的快速发展,漏话短信下行量日渐增长,如何快速处理短信下行的请求,是摆在系统设计者面前的一个难题。本文介绍了新一代面向对象的中间件ICE的基本功能及体系结构,及其在漏话提醒业务短信子系统中的设计与实现。The missed call service is a VAS provided by Telecommunication Carriers,mainly in the form of text messaging. With the rapid development of mobile users,the amount of missed call SMS downlink growing. How to handle messages quickly down the request is a problem. This article describes a new generation of object-oriented middleware ICE＇s basic functions and architecture,and it used in the missed call service SMS subsystem design and implementation.
