摘　　要：阐述了冬病夏治穴位贴敷疗法的理论基础和作用机制。其理论基础是根据《素问》"天人相应"的整体观、"春夏养阳"的养生观以及经络学说的理论。其作用机制是利用夏季三伏天自然界温度最高、阳气最盛之时,用温热药物贴敷背部穴位,既发挥穴位的特殊刺激作用,又通过人体经络系统联系脏腑、沟通内外,人体的阳气得天之阳气、温热药物相助,阳气益旺,以阳热驱散阴寒,祛除体内的"阴寒伏邪",调和脏腑阴阳,使失衡的阴阳达到平衡稳态,将"冬病"之邪消灭在蛰伏状态,从而达到防病治病、冬病夏治的目的。提出了临床应用的适应证和禁忌证,介绍了常用药膏的制备、贴敷方法、贴敷后的皮肤反应及处理。The rationale and mechanism of action on acupoint sticking therapy treating winter diseases in summer was explained.The rationale were the standpoints of Suwen on ＂man,as a microcosm,is connected with the macrocosm＂,＂conserve yang in spring and summer＂ and meridian doctrine.The mechanism of action was to stick hot-natured drugs in back acupoints in dog-days,to removal endosomatic Yin-cold and harmonize Yin-yang of entrails,and thus achieve the balance of Yin-yang and disease prevention.The indication and contraindication of clinical application were proposed.The preparation of chrisma and sticking method were introduce.The treatment of cutaneous reaction produced by sticking therapy were recommend.
