摘 要:褐菖鲉(Sebastiscus marmoratus)网膜具有视杆和视锥细胞。它在较强背景光下S_λ曲线有浦肯奇位移现象。不同颜色背景光S_λ曲线、不同颜色光适应曲线和辨增阈曲线都呈现交叉趋势,这表明它具有辨色能力。但发生浦肯奇位移现象水平较高,提示它的辨色能力较弱,这可能是由于褐菖鲉长期生活于浅海底层礁石间的弱光环境中,视锥辨色功能发育不全。There are two types of photo race ptor element, rod and cone, in the retina ofSebastiscus marmoratus. The Sλ curve shows Purkinjie shift under higher light intensity. It also shows crossed tendency between the Sλ curve of different chromatic background, the curves of different chromatic adaptation and the curves of incremental threshold.These phenomena indicate that Sebastiscus marmoratus possesses the ability of colour discrimination. The phenomenon of Purkinjie shift at higher intensity of light suggests that its ability of coiour discrimination is weak. This may be due to under development of cones, in adapting to the rocky crevice living condition and low light enviroment in neritic bethic zone
