摘 要:采用乳液聚合法以苯乙烯(St)为单体,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,水/丙酮作为溶剂,芬顿试剂、在pH=3~4的弱酸性条件下作为引发剂,制备了粒径约为170nm的单分散聚苯乙烯(PS)微球。该工艺选用新型引发剂芬顿试剂,无需除氧,聚合时间短,操作简单,制备出的PS微球粒径可控,和传统工艺相比具有明显的优势。The monodisperse polystyrene microspheres were prepared by emulsion polymerization method,using styrene(St) as monomer,sodium lauryl sulfate(SDS) as emulgator,water/acetone as dispersion medium,and fenton oxidant(FeSO4/H2O2) as initiator at the condition of pH=3~4.It is shown that the average size of polystyrene microspheres which assembled by dip-drawing method were about 170nm under the experimental parameters.Comparing with traditional technology,the technique described above had some advantages such as no deoxygenation,controllable size,simple and quick polymerization process due to using a new initiator which has not been reported.
