摘 要:以氯化钴和硝酸铝为原料、聚乙二醇为结构导向剂,采用化学共沉淀法制备成片状掺铝α-氢氧化钴。用X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)对样品的结构和形貌进行了表征;用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)对样品的成分进行了测定;用循环伏安、恒电流充放电等方法对其电化学性能进行了测试。测试结果表明,钴与铝的摩尔比对目标产物的电化学电容行为有显著的影响。当钴与铝的摩尔比为8∶2时,产品的电化学电容性能最佳,其比电容高达1108F/g,500次充放电循环后,比电容相对于初始值仅衰减了6.9%。The sheet-like Al-doping α-Co(OH)2 was successfully prepared using cobalt chloride and aluminum nitrate as raw material and polyethylene glycol as structure-directing agent by a simple chemical coprecipitation method.The structure and morphology were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),respectively.The components of products were analyzed by FT-IR.The electrochemical performances were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and constant current charge/discharge techniques.It was found that the molar ratio of Co2+ to Al3+ had a significant influence on electrochemical capacitive behaviors of the products.The electrochemical measurements showed that the Al-doping α-Co(OH)2 with optimal molar ratio up to 8:2(Co2+ to Al3+) exhibited excellent specific capacitance(1108F/g).Furthermore,there was only 6.9% decay in the available capacity after 500 cycles.
