摘  要:分别采用偶联法与溶胶-凝胶法制备了碳、铈共掺杂改性TiO2负载活性碳纤维(ACFS)复合水净化材料(Ce,C-TiO2/ACFS)。以亚甲基蓝模拟废水的脱色效果为考察目标,对其负载量进行了优化,得出最佳负载率分别为:5.82%和8.41%。扫描电镜(SEM)表征显示:偶联法制备的复合材料中,改性TiO2光催化剂在ACFS表面多以团聚体的形式负载,分布不均;而溶胶-凝胶法制备的复合材料为膜状负载,且分布均匀。循环脱色实验比较表明,溶胶-凝胶法制备的复合材料的脱色率高,重复使用性能较好,这与材料表面TiO2为均匀的膜状负载有关。Activated carbon fibers(ACFS) loaded Ce,C codoped TiO2 composites(Ce,C-TiO2/ACFS) for water purification were prepared using coupling and sol-gel routes.The decoloration performance of the as-prepared composites was evaluated by treatment of methylene blue model wastewater,and the optimal loading rates were investigated and found to be 5.82 % and 8.41 % for coupling and sol-gel routes,respectively.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) measurements indicated that,for coupling route,codoped TiO2 particles weren't uniformly distributed on ACFS and mainly existed in the form of agglomerates,while for sol-gel route,codoped TiO2 were uniformly loaded on ACFS as a film.Cyclic decoloration experiments showed that the composites of sol-gel route exhibited higher decoloration rates and better recyclables than those of coupling.
