含嘧啶环吡唑啉类化合物的合成及其荧光性能研究

摘　　要：根据Schellhammer化学结构与荧光性的原理,在吡唑啉环的1-位引入苯并噻唑基,3-位引入嘧啶基,设计与合成了4种新型吡唑啉衍生物,通过IR、1H-NMR、MS、元素分析等手段确定了化合物结构。化合物的荧光性能测定结果显示此类化合物具有良好的荧光性,其荧光发射波长均在450 nm左右,且探讨了化合物结构对荧光性能的影响。According to Schellhammer theory of the relation between chemical structure and fluorescent quality,four new fluorescent compounds had been designed and synthesized which contained benzothiazolyl in l-pyrazoline,pyrimidyl in 3-pyrazoline.The structure was confirmed by IR spectrum,1H NMR,MS and element analysis.The fluorescent spectra showed that the compounds had good blue fluorescence,the excitation wavelength of the compounds was about 450 nm.The effect of structure of the compound on fluorescent property was discussed.
