摘 要:以自制高岭土/木质素磺酸钠接枝丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺复合高吸水性树脂(KLPAAM)为原料,考察了其在含氮、磷、钾的不同离子盐溶液中的吸液性能。(1)质量浓度相同时,KLPAAM树脂在K+盐溶液中的平衡吸液倍率顺序:KF<KCl<KBr,K2CO3<KNO3<K3PO4;在NH4+盐溶液中的平衡吸液倍率顺序:NH4NO3<(NH4)2CO3<(NH4)3PO4<NH4HCO3。相同阴离子的K+盐溶液和NH4+盐溶液中平衡吸液倍率较为接近;在30 min之前,KLPAAM树脂的吸液倍率急剧增加,50 min左右时吸液倍率达最大值,50 min至100 min吸液倍率稍有下降,之后达平衡。(2)在氮、磷、钾盐溶液中,KLPAAM树脂的平衡吸液倍率与溶液浓度的关系满足Q=k×(1/C)n方程,而吸液前60 min的吸液速率可用方程Qt=A+Bt进行拟合,其相关系数大于0.99。A kaolin/sodium lignosulfonate graft acrylic acid and acrylamide superabsorbent composites(KLPAAM) prepared by solution polymerization were used as initial material,the absorbencies in different salt solutions including nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium atom were explored.(1) under the same mass concentrations,the equilibrium absorbencies of KLPAAM superabsorbent composite in K+ salt solutions were in order: KFKClKBr,K2CO3 KNO3 K3PO4;those in NH4+ salt solutions were in order: NH4NO3(NH4)2CO3(NH4)3PO4NH4HCO3.The absorbencies in K+ and NH4+ salt solutions with the same anion were nearly equal;those of KLPAAM increased obviously for the initial 30 min,then their maximum values were reached when it was about 50 min,they decreased slightly from 50min to 100min,and lastly the equilibrium absorbencies were reached.(2) The relations between the equilibrium absorbencies of KLPAAM in different salt solutions including nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium atom and the solution concentrations satisfy equation,Q=k×(1/C)n,while the absorbing rates before the initial 60min can be simulated by using equation t Q=A+Bt and the relative coefficients were more than 0.99.
