摘 要:以丙烯酸丁酯和含氢硅油为原料,氯铂酸螯合物为催化剂,利用硅氢加成反应合成了丙烯酸酯改性硅油。研究了反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间、物料比等因素对反应产物性能的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:反应温度70℃、反应时间4h、物料摩尔比nSi-H∶nC=C=1∶1.2、催化剂用量15ppm(10-6)。FT-IR研究表明Si-H与C=C发生了硅氢加成反应,产物为丙烯酸酯改性硅油;TGA研究表明产物热稳定性较好,可在250℃高温下使用。Silicone materials modified by butyl acrylate have been synthesized by means of hydrosilylation reaction,using butyl acrylate and hydrogen-containing silicone oil as raw materials,chelate chloroplatinic acid as catalyst.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction time,the amount of catalyst and molar ratio of Si-H to C=C on the properties of products were investigated.The results showed the optimum conditions were that reaction temperature 70℃,reaction time 4h,the amount of catalyst 15ppm,and molar ratio of Si-H to C=C 1∶1.2,respectively.FTIR analysis indicated hydrosilylation reaction has occurred between Si-H and C=C,and the product was silicone oil modified by acrylate.TGA results demonstrate the samples have good thermal stability and can be applied to 250℃ high temperature field.
