摘 要:以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、全氟辛基磺酸钾(FC-80)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)为混合乳化剂,制备了一系列不同含氟量的含氟丙烯酸酯(FA)-丙烯酸丁酯(BA)共聚乳液,系统研究了不同反应条件对于乳液共聚的动力学影响,利用红外光谱和核磁共振波谱确认了共聚物的分子结构,利用接触角的测定研究了共聚物膜表面的性能。结果表明,随着含氟单体用量的增大,其憎水憎油性能明显提高。共聚物对水和二碘甲烷的接触角最高可分别为125.4°和82.7°,表面能最低达到18.45mJ/m2。Several fluorinated acrylate latex with different fluorine content were prepared with fluorinated acrylate(FA) and butyl acrylate(BA)as monomers,sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS),perfluorooctanesulfonic acid potassium salt(FC-80) and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-9) as emulsifiers.The factors of influence on kinetics of emulsion polymerization were studied in detail.FTIR and NMR were used to confirm the molecule structure.Surface properties of the latex film were measured by contact angle measurements.The results showed that the hydrophobic and oleophobic performance increased with increasing the concentration of FA,the contact angles for latex films to water and oil were up to 125.4° and 82.7° respectively and surface free energy reached 18.45 mJ/m2.
