高校图书馆数据库主体的权益保护问题研究

摘　　要：高校图书馆数据库主体主要包括数据库服务商、高校图书馆、读者,它们分别处于数据库产业链的不同位置,并且相互之间存在博弈关系。高校图书馆应针对各数据库权益主体遭遇的侵权问题,采取相应的保护措施和办法,并利用博弈论相关理论平衡各数据库主体间的权益关系。Database subjects of university libraries mainly include database service providers,university libraries and readers.They are at different positions of the database industry chain,and exist game-playing relationship among them.University libraries should take corresponding protective measures to deal with infringement problems that database subjects may encounter,and make use of the Game Theory to balance the relationship of rights and interests among database subjects.
