匹多莫德对复发性生殖器疱疹患者白介素-13水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价匹多莫德对复发性生殖器疱疹(RGH)患者治疗前、后外周血白介素-13(IL-13)水平的影响。方法:RGH患者43例作为观察组,采用阿昔洛韦和匹多莫德治疗;RGH患者40例作为对照组,单用阿昔洛韦治疗;21例正常健康人为正常组。应用ELISA法检测各组血清IL-13水平,观察治疗后复发率,并进行比较。结果:治疗前两组RGH患者血清IL-13水平均明显高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后观察组血清IL-13水平较治疗前及对照组明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组治疗前、后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组复发率(23.3%)明显低于对照组(55.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:IL-13参与了RGH的免疫过程,单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)感染人体后激发的免疫应答Th2占优势,不能诱导有效的细胞免疫应答清除病毒;匹多莫德能提高RGH患者的免疫功能。Objective. To evaluate effect of pidotimod on interleukin 13 （IL-3） of patients with re- current genital herpes（RGH）. Methods： A total of 43 patients in observation group were treated by pidoti rood and acyclovir, while 40 patients in control group were treated by acyelovir only. Another 21 healthy persons were selected as normal control group. IL-13 level was measured by EIASA assay, and recurrent rate was observed and compared. Results= Before treatment, IL-13 level was significantly higher in obser vation group and control group than that in normal control group （P〈0.01）. There was significant de crease in IL-13 level before and after treatment in observation group （P〈0.01）, but no significant difference in control group （P〈0.01）. The level was significantly difference between observation group and control group after treatment （P〉0.05）. Recurrent rate in observation group （23.3%） was significantly lower than that in control group （55.0%）（P〈0.01）. Conclusions：IL-13 participates in immunity process of RGH. Th2 is predominant in immune response induced by infection of herpes simplex virus, and effec-tive cellullar immunologic response can＇t be induced to clear virus. Pidotimod can strengthen immunity of RGH patients.
