手术切口类型核查表在手术切口界定中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术切口类型核查表在手术切口界定中的应用与效果。方法:采用手术切口类型核查表对2349例择期手术进行界定,观察记录手术切口类型核查表在手术切口界定中的准确性。结果:手术切口类型核查表使用后,手术切口界定错误和术后遗漏界定发生例次,明显低于使用前(P<0.01)。结论:使用手术切口类型核查表后,能有效地提高手术切口界定准确性,降低了术后遗漏界定发生率。Objective： To investigate influence of application of surgical incision checking form on the incision accuracy in surgery. Methods： Surgical incision of 2 349 cases that underwent scheduled sur geries were checked and recorded in a checking form after surgery and the cut incision were checked for its accuracy. Results： After the application of this supervision procedure, incidence of false or forgotten inci sion checking has been significantly decreased （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： After application of this supervi- sion procedure with the checking form, accuracy of incision checking is obviously raised, and false or for- gotten incision checking has been significantly decreased.
