摘 要:目的:通过观察忍冬11个农家品种叶的形态和表皮毛密度、大小等特征,为忍冬栽培品种的划分及优良品种的选育提供依据。方法:用直尺测量叶片的长度和宽度,在生物显微镜下计数不同农家品种忍冬叶表面非腺毛的密度,测量其长度、壁的厚度等。结果:叶片的长度、宽度以及长宽比,非腺毛的密度、长度、壁的厚度等,在忍冬不同农家品种间具有差异。结论:叶的形态特征,非腺毛的密度、长度、壁的厚度等,可以作为忍冬不同品种间鉴别的依据之一。Objective: To provide theoretical evidence for dividing and breeding cultivars of Lonicera japonica, the botanical character of laminas leaves observed and compared. Method: Using the morphological method, the main character of leaves of 11 farm cultivars of L. japonica were systematically observed and the data were comparatively studied with statistical means.It included the length, width and the ratio of the length to the width of blade, density, length and thickness of the nonglandular hair in the epidermis. Result: The results showed that there were obvious differences in length, width and the ratio of the length to the width of blade, density and length of the nonglandular hair in the epidermis. Conclusion: On the basis of the differences of morphological character of leaves, the various farm cultivars could be identified.
