摘　　要：文章考虑由单供应商和单租赁商构成的租赁供应链,研究了独立决策、一体化决策、收益共享3种决策模式,并分析了顾客愿意拖后租赁、租赁商通过返回部分租赁费激励顾客早归还的情况;通过建立优化模型,得到供应链在不同状态下的租赁商最优订货量及利润、供应商利润,并对不同决策模式进行了比较分析,最后给出算例进行验证。In view of a rental perishable goods supply chain with one supplier and one rentailer,three decision scenarios,namely the independent decision-making,vertical integration and revenue sharing,are presented in this paper.The circumstances of customer＇s backorders and rentailer＇s incentives for early return by refunding part of the expense are analyzed.By setting up the optimal models,the rentailer＇s optimal order quantity as well as the corresponding profits of the rentailer and supplier in the supply chain under different conditions are obtained,and the results gained under different scenarios are compared.Finally the numerical examples are given to verify the validity of the theoretical conclusions.
