摘　　要：延安时期党在"排除万难"中创造辉煌奇迹的历史,蕴含着极为宝贵的经验和启示,主要是:在思想路线上,坚持解放思想、实事求是,最重要的是把马克思主义中国化、时代化、大众化;在政治路线上,把现实纲领与远大理想相统一,最根本的是坚持"走历史必由之路"不动摇;在组织路线上,坚持以培养和造就领导骨干为中心,最关键的是建立稳定成熟、全党拥戴的中央领导集体;在工作路线上,坚持一切为了人民群众和一切依靠人民群众相统一,最核心的是实现最广大人民的根本利益;在政策策略上,坚持原则性与灵活性的辩证统一,最有效的是运用统一战线"法宝",团结一切可以团结的力量;在精神动力上,坚持倡导和弘扬时代需要的伟大精神,最突出的是坚定信念,藐视困难,艰苦奋斗。In 'conquering all obstacles' during the Yan'an Period glorious miracles are created and their valuable experience and revelation are summed up as follows: In the ideological line,to uphold emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts the most important is the signification,popularization and updating of Marxism;In the political line,to integrate the practical guiding principle with the lofty ideal the most fundamental is to follow the 'irreversible historical trend' unswervingly;In the organizational line,to persistently center on fostering and bringing up leaders and backbones the most critical is to establish a stable and mature central collective leadership supported by the whole Party.In the line of work,to insist on doing everything for the masses' benefit and relying on them in everything we do the most essential is to realize the majority of the masses' fundamental interests;In the strategy of policy,to stick to the dialectical unity between principle and flexibility the most effective is to utilize the magic weapon of the united front and unite with all forces that can be united;In the aspect of spiritual impetus,to advocate and carry forward the great spirit that times call for the most prominent is to stand firm in faith,look down upon difficulties and struggle arduously.
