摘 要:立足于枣庄地区丰富的煤矸石资源,为探求其高值化开发利用途径,采用焙烧活化及盐酸浸取法对煤矸石中铝的提取过程进行系统的研究。对影响铝浸出率的因素如矸石粒度、焙烧温度和时间、酸浸液浓度、搅拌时间和速度、固液比等进行了考察,并对浸取过程动力学进行了研究。结果表明:对于粒度为60目的煤矸石,在焙烧温度650℃,焙烧时间60 min,HCl浓度4 mol/L,浸出温度30℃,浸出时间2 h,固液比(质量体积比)(1∶4)g/mL的条件下,煤矸石中铝的浸出率可高达85%。对煤矸石中铝的浸出动力学研究表明,该浸出过程符合未反应收缩核模型,该浸取过程速率受化学反应控制。There exist rich coal gangue resources in Zaozhuang area of Shandong province,and there are lots of valuable elements in coal gangue,such as aluminum and silicon.In order to investigate the scientific utilization route of coal gangue,the systematic studies of aluminum extraction from coal gangue by calcination activation and hydrochloric acid leaching were conducted.The factors influencing the leaching rate of aluminum such as the gangue particle size,roasting temperature and time,acid leaching solution concentration,stirring time and speed,solid-liquid ratio,etc.were investigated.And the leaching kinetics of this process was studied.The results show that the leaching rate of aluminum increases with the increase of roasting temperature,acid concentration,stirring time and reaction temperature apparently.Under the optimal conditions,i.e.particle size of 60 mesh,roasting at 650 ℃ for 60 min,HCl concentration of 4 mol/L,acid leaching at 30 ℃ for 2 h,solid-liquid ratio(1 ∶4) g/mL(mass to volume),the leaching rate of aluminum reaches 85% approximately.The kinetic study shows that the acid leaching process of aluminum from coal gangue can be modeled with the unreacted shrinking core model,and the leaching rate is controlled by chemical reaction.
