中间换热器及热泵对复杂塔处理能力的影响

摘  要:为了研究复杂精馏塔扩容改造,文中运用流程模拟软件及Liu与Jobson提出的面积利用率曲线(FUA曲线)研究了安装中间冷凝器、中间再沸器及热泵对复杂精馏塔处理能力的影响。由模拟及计算结果可得基础工况的FUA曲线,根据该曲线形状可以确定:当复杂精馏塔处理量增加时,哪些塔板将成为其处理能力提高时的"瓶颈";中间换热器及热泵的合理安装位置。同时,由FUA曲线的形状可知能否通过安装中间换热器及热泵增加复杂精馏塔的处理能力。对文献中报道的实例进行研究,结果表明:FUA曲线法是复杂塔扩容改造分析的有利工具之一。To study the capacity expansion of complex distillation column,the effect of adding side condenser,side reboiler and heat pump on the throughput of complex distillation columns was investigated by using the concept of the Fraction of Utilized Area(FUA) proposed by Liu and Jobson and simulator.The FUA curve of the base case which is obtained from the results of simulation can be used to identify the bottleneck of an existing complex distillation column when its throughput is to be increased.According to the shape of the FUA curve,the suitable location and duty of intermediate heat exchanger and/or heat pump for a complex distillation column can be identified.From the shape of the FUA curve of a complex column,it can be known whether the throughput of the column can be increased by adding intermediate heat exchanger and/or heat pump.The study results of the illustrated examples in literature show that the FUA curve is a powerful tool for the analysis of increasing the throughput of complex distillation columns.
