寿胎丸治疗先兆流产临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察寿胎丸治疗先兆流产的临床疗效。方法:80例早孕先兆流产患者作为治疗组,20例正常妊娠妇女作为对照组。治疗组中A组30例予中药治疗,运用寿胎丸;B组30例予中西医结合治疗,运用寿胎丸、黄体酮和绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗;C组20例予西药治疗,运用黄体酮和HCG。疗程为2周,观察疗效及孕酮(P)、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)水平。结果:有效率A组为93.33%,B组为90.00%,C组为70.00%,C组显著低于其余2组,差异均有显着性意义(P<0.05)。治疗前A组、B组、C组P、β-HCG浓度均显著低于对照组,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后A组的P浓度、C组的P、β-HCG浓度仍显著低于对照组,差异均有显着性意义(P<0.05),而B组与对照组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);A组、B组、C组治疗前后比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:寿胎丸治疗早孕先兆流产疗效显著,其机制可能在于促进早孕期胎盘分泌HCG,提高孕激素水平从而改善黄体功能。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Shoutai Pills （STP） on early threatened abortion. Methods： Eighty patients with early threatened abortion were enrolled into the treatment groups. Group A（n=30）was treated with STP, group B （n=30）received STP and progesterone, human chorionic gonadotropin （β-HCG）, and group C （n=20）was treated with progesterone and β-HCG. The treatment lasted two weeks. Twenty healthy early pregnancy women served as the control group. After treatment, the clinical effect was compared, and the levels of progesterone （P） and 13-HCG were observed. Results.. The effective rate was 93.33% in group A, 90.00% in group B, and 70.00% in group C. The effective rate in group C was obviously lower than that in the other two groups, the difference being significant（P 〈 0.05）. Before treatment, the levels of P and β -HCG in the three treatment groups were obviously lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the level of P in group A, and the levels of P and β -FICG in group C were still lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）, while no significant difference was found between group B and the control group. Significant differences were found in the three treatment groups before and after treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： STP have certain effect on the early threatened abortion, and its possible mechanism is related with promoting the secretion of HCG in the early pregnancy placenta, and increasing P level to adjust the function of corepus luteum.
