年龄对胃经五输穴阻抗值差异的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察不同年龄组人体胃经五输穴的阻抗值是否有显著差异。方法:试用自行研制的实用新型脏腑疾病诊断仪DM-Ⅰ测试180例无胃病及其循行经脉病的健康人胃经五输穴的阻抗值。结果:不同年龄组足三里、陷谷穴位的测试值分别比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);解溪、内庭、厉兑穴位的测试值分别比较,差异均无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论:18～29岁人内腑及外经功能最好,30～59岁最差,而60岁以上人群身体调整恢复。Objectiv：To investigate the body surface impedance value of five transport points in stomach meridian of human in different age groups. Methods; Serf-prepared practicar Zang-fu disease diagnostic apparatus DMI was used to test the body surface impedance value of five transport points in stomach meridian of 180 healthy volunteers in different age groups. Results：The differences of impedance value of acupoints Zusanli and Xiangu were significant in different age groups （P 〈 0.05）. However, the differences of impedance value of acupoints Jiexi, Neiting and Lidui were insignificant in different age groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion. The function of viscera, and meridians varies in different age groups; the function of viscera and meridians is good in the persons of 18 - 29 years old, and is disordered in the persons of 30 - 59 years old, but is adjusted to normal in the elderly.
