摘　　要：本文首先对一个新兴古典模型进行拓展分析;然后结合历史比较制度分析(HCIA),研究义乌商圈演化中专业化交易地理集中的微观形成机理、内在稳定机理、持续集聚机理,指出了转轨条件下集散型市场演化的三大分岔点,揭示政府善治在其中的作用;最后总结并提出对内陆城市政府治理的启示。First, this article expands the analysis on an emerging classical model. Then, combining historical comparative institution analysis, I study the micro formation mechanism, internal stability mechanism and consistent clustering mechanism in the geographic concentration of specialized transaction in the evolution of Yiwu Business Circle, point out three bifurcation points of the clustering market evolution under the transition condition, reveal the role of government＇ s good governance, and finally draw conclusions and propose the implications for the government governance of inland cities.
