摘 要:采用化学镀法在粉煤灰漂珠表面镀覆了Ni-Fe-P合金层,制备了Ni-Fe-P/漂珠磁性复合材料,并对其合成机理进行了分析。利用SEM,EDX,XRD及VSM对化学镀前后漂珠的表面形貌、成分、结构及磁性能进行了表征。结果表明:化学镀后漂珠表面包覆了均匀致密的Ni-Fe-P镀层;经不同温度热处理后,镀态镀层的非晶相结构转变为晶相结构;Ni-Fe-P/漂珠复合粉体具备软磁材料的特性,且随着镀层中铁含量的增加和热处理温度的升高,复合粉体的磁性能得到明显改善。The magnetic composites of Ni-Fe-P/fly ash cenospheres (FACs) were prepared by coating FACs with Ni Fe-P alloy films through an electroless plating way. And the formation mechanism of the Ni-Fe-P alloy deposits was analyzed. The morphology, composition, crystal structure and magnetic properties of composite powders were characterized by SEM, EDX, XRD and VSM techniques. The results show that the continuous and uniform coatings are obtained on the surfaces of the FACs. In addition, it is found that the as plated deposits are Ni-Fe-P alloy microparticles, which transformed from amorphous state to crystal phases with the increase of calcining temperature. Furthermore, the electroless Ni-Fe-P deposits exhibite soft magnetic properties. The magnetic performances of the deposits will be ameliorated with the increase of the iron content of the coating and calcining temperature.
