摘　　要：概括了飞机雷达吸波涂层开裂、脱落、吸收剂变质等3种失效形式,分析了其产生的机理,介绍了故障树分析方法,对失效涂层进行分析,简述了吸波涂层原位修复的含义及常用工艺,对国内外雷达吸波涂层的维修现状进行概括总结,并展望了适应外场原位修复需求的雷达吸波涂层维修技术的发展方向和趋势。The three failure types, of radar absorbing coating containing graze cracking, cast, absorbefacient metamorphosing were summarized. The mechanisms of radar absorbing coating, the types of damage, the reasons of the damage, the analysis means of the damage, as well as the technique and experience of the repair to the radar absorbing coating were analyzed. In the last, the trend of the repair to the radar absorbing coating was discussed.
