摘  要:为了增加钢铁余热发黑保护膜的厚度,提高保护膜的耐腐蚀性能,采用热分析技术,测定了保护膜的耐热温度,通过二次成膜,制备出了厚而致密的有机复合保护膜。研究、分析了有机膨润土对钢铁余热发黑有机复合保护膜耐热性、耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明:有机膨润土可提高、改善保护膜的耐热性,利于再次加热二次成膜。二次成膜厚度为18μm时,用5%盐酸溶液浸泡腐蚀12 h,保护膜不起泡。In order to increase thickness of black protective film,to make the film more resistant corrosion,the heat resistance temperature of the film is measured by thermal analysis and the organic mixed film is made by reheating samples that have filmo The influence of organobentonite on organic mixed film properties of heat resitance and corrosion resistance is researched and analyzed. The results show that organobentonite can increase and adjust heat resistance of the film,so that reforming film can be made by reheatng samples. Wen the sample with film of 18μm thickness is ero ded by 5% HCl liquid for 12h,there is not any gas bulb on the surface of sample.
