对完善《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》的思索

摘　　要：目的:为完善《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》(简称《规范》)提供参考。方法:采用描述性分析方法,联系《规范》,结合自身的工作实践,就《规范》总则、处方点评的实施、处方点评的结果、处方点评工作表4个方面提出问题和建议。结果:《规范》应分类、分级细化;处方点评的部分监测指标抽样方法、医嘱点评和处方点评结果的判定标准有待进一步详实;处方点评工作表建议增加"性别"和"反馈方式"监测项,删除"是否合理"项,将"处方日期"项调整到表外,并差异化调整"药品通用名数"监测项,同时建议更改处方点评工作表附注中对"A"和"G"的定义。结论:《规范》需不断完善和细化,以提高其科学性和规范性。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for improving Management Standards of Hospital Prescription Comments （trial） （calling Standards for short）. METHODS： Based on Standards and working practice, the general principles of Standards, imple- mentation of prescription comments, the result and sheets of prescription comments were analyzed by descriptive method to provide suggestions. RESULTS： Firstly, the Standards should be classified and refined in details. Secondly, some sampling methods of monitoring indicators in the prescription comment part, comments on doctor＇s advice and the criteria of the results of prescription comment should be specified. Thirdly, it was suggested that the gender and feedback part should be added to the sheet of prescrip- tion comment. Then, it was better to delete the option of ＂whether it is suitable＂ and remove ＂the date of the prescription＂ out of the sheet. And it was a good way to differentially adjust the monitoring indicator ＂the number of medical common names＂ and re- write the definition to ＂A＂ and ＂G＂ in the sheet notes. CONCLUSION： The Standards should be improved and specified continu- ously in order to increase its scientific and normative standards.
